Clearit Customs Brokers Inc. is Looking for Account Representative Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top of the line customer service and care to select enterprise accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any customer issues and requests
• Troubleshooting and customer concerns or escalations
• Manage incoming referral requests
• Coordinate with the Partnerships Lead to successfully onboard new customers onto the affiliate portal
• Track account shipments progress and escalate issues as necessary
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to troubleshoot any incoming issues with account’s clearances
• Monitor dedicated communication channels with larger enterprise customers
• Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to see what support is needed on their end

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Minimum 5 years customer service experience, with account management or customs brokerage experience preferred
