Salary: Dependent on experience; full benefits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial software development and delivery

• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance engineering teams

• Fluency in either C# or C++ and the related application development frameworks

• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented principles and design patterns

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers building and maintaining new and existing products

• Analyze product requirements and specifications to determine project feasibility and schedule

• Deliver high-quality software on time working through the effective application of Agile /

SCRUM methodology

• Mentor teammates in software development theory and practices

• Interact with internal and external project stakeholders

• Research new technologies to improve our products and processes
