About the Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team and business. With the support of the TA team and HR Business Partners, you will be passionate about hiring great people that embrace our values and add to our culture. You will join a newly formed team that puts people first and who will ensure that time is spent on your own development.

We have grown quickly (and still are!) over the past few years so you also have the opportunity to be involved in helping to shape our company with an array of projects we have planned from the talent attraction and marketing strategy, helping us on our EVP, improving our ATS and much more. It truly is an exciting time!

About You

• Has previous experience as a recruitment coordinator
• Is motivated, well organised and works collaboratively

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the coordination of interviews
• Work closely on improvements to the hiring processes
• Involved in any number of projects and much much more!
