Project Engineer

£55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Package + Benefits + Training

This client are a global business operating in the process industry looking to hire a project engineer with a background from industrial process looking to work in a challenge and rewarding environment where you will lead from the front. Enjoy working on an array of projects including new equipment installations and site infrastructure projects.

Work for an internationally recognised company with over 6000 employees. This position will suit an reliability engineer or project engineer looking to lead from the front and achieve career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing CAPEX projects
• Projects including construction and modification of assets (Mechanical, EC&I, Civil)
• Preparing project details, procurement and cost estimating
• Overseeing sub contractors in internal maintenance team on projects
• Ensuring reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
• Developing maintenance strategies (OPEX / CAPEX)
• Monday to Friday days

Background Required

• Experienced Project Manager/ Project Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
• Experience from (process, chemicals, power generation, utilities, Oil & Gas)
• Knowledge around civil, piping, mechanical, EC&I
• Degree or HNC level in (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation)
