We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate free estimate appointments for our local estimators.

Applicants must have experience with setting appointments for home improvements.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

This full time position currently requires working weekends in California time zone 9 am to 5 pm. Starting out we need somebody to cover a 3 hours shift Monday through Friday 8am to 11am Pacific time and then weekends all day.

This position requires you to provide your own computer, cell phone, and reliable high speed internet connection because our CRM calls are made using VOIP through your web browser and will froward incoming calls to your phone while on the clock.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and schedule them for free estimate appointments
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s and schedule them for an appointment
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell a free estimate appointment for home improvements such as Solar, Windows, and Insulation, HVAC

Skills

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
