CleanSlate Centers is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to our team. Their responsibility will be to source, recruit, retain and hire Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants.

Performance Responsibilities:·

• Manage Job Requisitions and applicant flow to ensure timely disposition of candidates
• Conduct online searches and coordinates recruitment activities for assigned areas
• Provides input and coordination in other onboarding activities in collaboration with Human Resources, Credentialing, Clinical Training Team, and the Medical Group.
• Develops, coordinates, and schedules site visits, itineraries, and interviews for candidates, in conjunction with operational leadership.
• Provide support with the hiring process, including coordinating job postings.
• Source quality candidates utilizing various sourcing job boards, networking sites and social media.
• Send messages to prospective candidates, cold calling to ensure a strong response yield and communicating directly to candidates in a timely manner.
• Reviewing job submissions and resumes to determine if a candidate meets position requirements.
• Coordinates with Hiring Manager in scheduling candidates for the interview process.
• Conduct phone screens to prospective candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company.
• Provide candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
• Audit candidate’s documentation to ensure position requirements are obtained.
• Timely and accurately entering data into HRIS.
• Track individual metrics to determine effectiveness of source and make necessary changes based on best practices.
• Provides individual metrics weekly to update the Staffing Trend Report for management
• Other responsibilities can include providing additional support to the recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-years sourcing experience, preferably within the Healthcare field recruiting providers.
• Experience using Internet sourcing tools (including Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience in supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and excellent follow-up skills
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
