The role

This new role has been created in our HR team for someone who will be responsible for the talent acquisition for our Solids WA|NT business. The position:

• is an internal recruitment adviser and partner to the business
• leads end to end recruitment activities and initiatives using talent acquisition systems and best practice frameworks designed to attract and select top talent.
• builds and maintains strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders within the business to deliver talent acquisition needs
• maintains accurate recruitment activity reporting to support talent acquisition insights

Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating and dealing with all levels

• Experience recruiting across a range of roles and disciplines using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels, preferably internal recruitment experience
• Proven experience in a similar role recruiting volume in the blue-collar environment will set you up for success
• Sound time management skills – a sense of urgency without compromising quality or accuracy
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and work to targets
• Tertiary qualified, in the field of Business, Human Resources, or relevant industry experience
