About the role:

Bring a positive can-do attitude and high levels of energy while you enjoy varied responsibilities and tasks. You will be responsible for bookkeeping and invoicing through MYOB, chasing outstanding payments, scheduling jobs and liaising with customers and contractors, assisting with monthly reporting, and more.

The position is for around 8-10 hours per week at this time but with a rapidly growing business there is huge room for growth within the business. This position reports to the Director

Duties:

• Assist with general tasks through MYOB
• Ensure customers and contractors are provided for in warm and friendly manner
• Answer incoming telephone and web enquiries
• Using ServiceM8 (Scheduling software)
• Other general tasks required to help the team out

Skills & experience:

• Customer service and/or office experience
• Previous admin experience
• Exceptional phone manner
• Attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality
• Can-do attitude and able to work with limited supervision
