Cleaning Supervisor and Crew Member for Residential Cleaning Company

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our residential cleaning crew as a supervisor and crew member. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and participate in cleaning duties alongside a crew of 3 other cleaners

Manage cleaning supplies and equipment

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning or supervising a cleaning crew

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Availability to work weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) for approximately 5 hours per day
