Clean and Cleaner are currently looking for a bright & enthusiastic office junior, to support our growing small business located in Yeppoon.

The Ideal Candidate:

This role will suit a professional junior candidate or a student currently studying accounting who is looking to work in a small team and gain finance and accounts exposure. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be computer literate and able to use MS Office packages.

The Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Invoicing and billing
  • Timesheets and Wages
  • Managing excel spreadsheets
  • General administration tasks
  • Sales order entry
  • Calls and emails with clients

Essential criteria:

  • General knowledge of accounting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Salary is commensurate with experience and hours will be negotiated with successful candidate.

Part-time hours: 12 per week
