Clean Air Products, established in 1969, designs and manufactures cleanrooms, air showers, clean benches and other related cleanroom equipment for a broad range of industries and applications.
The position will be part of an 8 member office team that supports company operation including but not limited to sales, engineering and plant operations. The position will have primary responsibilities but will be cross trained into of other office duties which may include AR, AP, Cost accounting, Purchasing, Production control and sales support. Depending on educational experience some GL and controller duties.
Duties include creating, sending and follow up on invoices, job costing and review of completed orders, making updates to Excel files and digital files. Working with Word to type quotes for sales and typing acknowledgements for orders. Rotation of duties will be done to add variety and to keep one proficient on other train duties.
Administrative Assistant must display effective communications with other Clean Air Products employees and management.
