💼 About the Role: The Marketing Coordinator offers a blend of daily operational tasks with opportunities to learn and develop marketing strategy skills. As part of the CX and Digital team, you’ll find yourself immersed in day-to-day tasks – from assisting in the rollout of campaigns and managing our data governance, to collaborating with teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

About your Team:

Positioned within the broader CX and Digital team, to the Marketing Manager and work with a dynamic team. Engage with creative designers, event planners, and strategists to make a difference. Beyond working within an innovative team, you’ll play a role in supporting our partners and lawyers, forging connections with external clients, and liaising with tech vendors, digital innovators, and marketing specialists.

Daily & Strategic Tasks:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the crafting and execution of digital campaigns.
• Marketing Operations: Project manage the creation of merchandise and marketing collateral, including managing budgets and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Data Accuracy and Analysis: Help ensure data quality, generate s, and extract insights to inform future strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a vital link between departments, ensuring tasks are completed and information flows smoothly.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with digital trends to help inform and inspire our campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least a year in marketing or a related arena. Formal education in the field is a plus.
• Tech Tools: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Bonus if you’re versed in marketing automation software or HTML coding.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to support, learn, and grow in a dynamic setting.
• Detail-Oriented: Attentive to the smaller tasks without losing sight of the larger objectives.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication.
