A Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and existing accounts. They are responsible for proactively soliciting and acquiring new customers using phone, in person meetings, events, and referrals. They will travel to clients, update product offerings, set up new accounts and represent CGM in the building industry.

Job requirements include:

• Travel and engage in outside sales activities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing client base.
• Work together with CGM teams to ensure timely correspondence.
• Update samples at accounts as needed.
• Attend trade shows, networking events and industry specific meetings, many of which take place after hours.
• Learn products and services offered by CGM and stay up to date on new offerings.
• Update your sales manager on progress and activities.
• Use company provided vehicle to work territory and travel to accounts.
• Requires regular and frequent travel of up to 200 miles
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Other Duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience
• Prior Home Improvement or building industry experience
• Prior experience with successful lead conversion
• Computer and application skills and use of varied technology.
