YOUR new role!

Reporting to the Managing Director, as Talent Acquisition Specialist – Early Years – NSW, your role will be to grow/expand our database of Partners and Team Members across the NSW metro area initially. You will be the ‘go to’ person in NSW and with the back up of our Scheduling Team in WA, you will be booking out jobs in NSW, using our state of the art database/booking system. You will also be proactive in building/maintaining positive relationships with any new Partners creating long term value for our Partners and ensuring sustainable business growth within NSW for Class Professionals. Primarily a home office based role, there will be occasion where you may need to venture out to meet prospective new Partners/Team Members etc. Full back up/administration support will be provided to you from our WA branch.

You will be given full initial training at our office in WA (3 days) and provided with all the skills and hardware you need to set up your office at home. Although you will be working on your own – you will never be alone. We are a vibrant and happy team, who will welcome you as an extension to the WA team with open arms, offering full coaching and mentoring by our Managing Director and Early Years Team to ensure that you can deliver consistently high quality and purposeful Partner satisfaction.

Your role will include, but not be limited to;

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective/existing Partners to deliver tailored staffing solutions, booking for day to day general relief and filling long term/permanent placements.
• Being proactive in the end-to-end recruitment of Early Years Team Members.
• Nurture and build relationships with Team Members and actively recruit and support new Team Members at every opportunity.
• Staying in regular contact with our WA office and ensuring that a complete handover is provided to our Early Years Team/Schedulers at the end of your working shift.

Our Ideal Candidate would be!

• A confident driven individual who wants to work primarily from home.
• Someone who is available for an early start and midday finish.
• Can work autonomously and has a proven background within either Recruitment and/or Early Years.
• Ideally you will have a Commerce, Marketing or HR Degree.
• You will also need to be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance and a NSW Working with Children Check.
• You must also have a car and a full clean driving licence.
