An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Partner to assist us grow and scale our teams at HUB24 & Class Limited. This role will see you collaborating with hiring managers ensuring you are driving the best possible hiring strategy and of course delivering best-in-class candidate experience.

This role is based in our Sydney CBD offices, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.

What you will do:

  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruiting across all levels of the business – Technology OR Operations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for every role
  • Passion Projects – work on innovate projects that excite you such as graduate programs, internships, returnships – you choose!
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high quality and holistic candidate experience


What attributes can you bring?

  • Relevant experience recruiting in full cycle technical and business-related roles in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • A Technology Recruitment background is highly regarded
  • Experience building diverse talent communities and maintaining talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving and seeing trend and insights as your secret weapon
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional environment and having the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent verbal written and communication skills – professional and friendly at the same time
  • No desire to take yourself too seriously – a sense of humour is always appreciated!

This role will work 2 days in our Sydney CBD offices and has the option of working remote for the other 3 days. This role has the option to work in Sydney or Brisbane.
