This role will see you work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to support and provide assistance with recruiting the highest quality candidates as we continue to grow as a business.

This is a permanent opportunity and offers the option to work from home up to 3 days per week. Our offices are based in Sydney CBD.
What you’ll do:
- Participate actively in all steps of the recruitment process from creating ads, screening CV’s, pre-selection of candidates, interviews and offers
- Post roles on active job sites and screen resumes
- Schedule interviews for selected candidates
- Be an advocate user of our Applicant Tracking System and ensure all candidates have been responded to in a timely manner
- Support the team with various admin tasks and project related work
- Owning our Referral Programme and help us improve on increasing more referrals to the business
- Researching new ways of finding talent via LinkedIn or other avenues and be pro-active about how finding new candidates in a timely manner
Requirements:
- You are currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business / Human Resources / Commerce / Marketing
- 6-12 months working as a Talent / HR Coordinator
- Team player and results orientated
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office
- You have a love and passion for people and ensuring their experience is always positive
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
