A unique opportunity has come up with an exciting client of mine, who are looking to add 3 software engineers to their team. The goal for them right now is to ensure the quality and scalability of their user-facing application, which is built in Ruby-on-Rails, ReactJS, and all on AWS.
They hire for culture first, and are looking for a mix of skill sets in this team, but core skills are around AWS, Ruby-on-Rails, and front-end engineering (React), so any mixture of these would be ideal.
It’s a genuinely fascinating product and team to be a part of during a period of hypergrowth, with a quick interview process, up to $145k + super on offer, and a chance to be part of the early stages in Australia for a business nearing $1bn worth of funds processed per year.
Skills we’d love to see:
- Ruby on Rails or any adjacent languages
- ReactJS/JavaScript
- AWS – EC2/RDS
- PostgreSQL
- HTML/CSS
