Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Mobile, Alabama

Experience: Accounts Payable/Accounting experience preferred

Education: High School Diploma

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Flexible weekday schedule, Part-time within Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Pay: $17/hour to $20/hour, based on experience

Clark Personnel is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Prepare and verify payments.
• Mail /Email daily invoices to customers
• Provide POD’s to customers
• Distribute monthly statements to the AP Analyst
• Mail monthly statements
• Enter invoices on customer portals

Position Requirements

• Proficient Communication – Written and Verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to suggest and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Good computer skills
• Experience working with ERP systems.
