Clarivate is seeking a Technology Talent Management Advisor to join our growing, global talent acquisition team! A newly created role within the organization, this is an amazing opportunity that will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, EMEA. To be successful in this role, you must be able to think broadly while keeping pace in a company that is in high growth mode. In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills to engage the attention of our Chief Technology Officer and their experienced leadership team and influence/respond to complex situations with a high attention to detail.
This unique role involves complex coordination of people and resources to apply the most effective tactics and strategies available to deliver against quarterly and yearly hiring goals within our technology function. You will partner with our technology Talent Acquisition Partners globally to build a world-class tech hiring community.
We are searching for someone who lives and breathes hiring in the technology world, firmly understands technology/different technology products and can help teach other Talent Acquisition Partners how to hunt for the required skill sets. Our technology hubs are based in Spain, Serbia, Israel, India, and the US.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…
- 7+ years of experience working in a technology lead recruitment role
- Experience in operating at a senior leadership level and of managing Chief Technology Officers and/or Chief Product Officers relationships
- Must be able to identify and seize opportunities while working with limited guidance to solve problems
- Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the technology role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- You have delivered exceptional hiring results within a technology company and developed targeted and unique sourcing strategies for technology hiring regionally and globally
- Extensive understanding of technology hot spots and how to attract technology talent
- Prior experience leading technology recruitment and/or sourcing teams through sustained growth across various countries
- As this role requires leadership rather than management, it would suit senior individual contributors
- Bachelor’s degree AND/OR 7 years of equivalent relevant experience
What will you be doing in this role?…
- Partner closely with the technology leadership team and become their trusted advisor
- Understand our technology location strategy and offer strategic input to maximize presence in those areas
- Responsible for executive level technology hiring globally along with a smaller number of technology positions
- Work with your regional peers to drive a high-performing hiring culture across our technology function
- Develop and execute innovative, scalable recruiting solutions to drive our hiring within technology to meet business goals for the regions
- Use data to build narratives and influence change
- Ability to compose compelling candidate communications that highlight the exciting technical challenges and incredible opportunities at Clarivate
- Make evidence-based decisions and utilize data to measure impact
About the Team
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team is a team of 13 today and growing monthly. Over the past 18 months, we have doubled in size! The team is geographically spread across the UK, Spain, and Serbia. It is an exciting time to join the incredible talent acquisition team, here at Clarivate!
