Due to some exciting developments we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to support Clarity, Elegant Resorts, and If Only with their recruitment needs,

As part of this role there will be plenty of opportunity to flex and develop your skills. You will recruit for all departments, and support our managers with a variety of recruitment campaigns and projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can source the best talent to join our business.

No two days are the same, but on a typical day you will

• Be responsible for all recruitment campaigns to ensure staffing levels support the rapid growth of the business
• Candidate attraction – Develop effective talent attraction strategies, including Social Media referral programmes and building relationships with colleges and Universities
• Manage our applicant tracking system to ensure candidates receive the best experience possible
• Review and pre-screen potential candidates liaising with managers to schedule in interviews
• Build talent pipelines for future opportunities
• Support our hiring managers to ensure best practice, ensuring interview packs and assessments are available and updated to suit any new roles
• Develop knowledge to understand the talent required and competitor landscape
• Improve the companies graduate and apprentice schemes and created development plans to grow talent from within
• Build market intelligence, which includes talent mapping to determine key talent in our industry
• Create monthly recruitment reports
• Work closely with our HR and Training team to ensure new starters are seamlessly onboarded into the business

Our ideal candidate will

• Have experience working within a similar role – this could be in house or within an agency
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and candidates
• Experience working with an ATS
• Passionate about networking, candidate attraction and social media
• Experience of developing and leading recruitment campaigns
• Experience developing job descriptions, and working alongside hiring managers to understand the critical skills, experience and behaviours which will lead to high performance
• Influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate through a variety of different channels and be the liaison point between all parties throughout the recruitment process.
• A self-starter, someone who is proactive and can remain self-motivated while working remotely.
• Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision but knows when to ask for guidance.
