Clarity Consultants Hiring for Instructional Designer – 100% Virtual at Thousand Oaks, CA Full Time

We are working closely with our client in identifying an Instructional Designer to help with the first of four projects. During this first project, you will help revamp the governance process for end-to-end event handling. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create quick reference guides, a short eLearning course, a change management deck (all content will be provided), and combine a few premade videos into one.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blended learning, able to work with subject matter experts to gather content, help manage expectations, and provide recommendations and best practices.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 month

Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week; flexible working hours

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:
Experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, or related field

Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) and Vyond; must own licenses

Experience creating blended learning

Able to work closely with subject matter experts

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Performance consulting experience is preferred but not required

Background check required if selected for the role
