Clarity Clinic is a leading and quickly expanding provider of integrated mental health services in the greater Chicagoland area. The Clinic’s interdisciplinary private practice group of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Therapists offer the latest treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness and a balanced productive lifestyle.

Talent Acquisition Recruiter will lead all Clinic recruiting efforts working with our key hiring managers to help secure the necessary clinical and related support staff required to support the needs of our 6 clinic sites. This role will work closely with leadership to increase the diverse candidate pool across the Chicagoland market. The principle responsibility of this position will be to make contact with potential employees, and understanding their desire to explore new opportunities and successfully secure their services for the Clinic. Coordinate New Employee Orientation and Inclusion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source new team members utilizing a variety of venues to include: internet, social media, career fairs, universities, graduate schools or employment agencies
• The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will utilize a variety of creative sourcing methods including: Networking, Professional associations, Social media and online search tools, etc.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure adequate pipeline of top talent
• Create branded, compelling, professional and attractive outreach correspondence in order to persuade candidates to apply
• Collaborate and be part of a supportive Human Resources Team
• Develop and maintain documentation for process flow related to sourcing function
• Lead Orientation process to ensure successful onboarding of New Employees
• Other people related duties as may be assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recruiting and interviewing experience
• Phone, Google Meets, and online meeting platform skills
• Supports workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Familiarity with relevant employment Law
• Professionalism, keen organization, and solid project management skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• 2-4 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
• Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
• Related Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
