Clara Martin Center Hiring for School Based Counselor Job at Randolph, VT Full Time

We are looking to fill 4 School Based Counselor positions. Three are with the White River Valley Supervisory Union and one is at our EVA location in Randolph, Vermont.

Essential Functions:

– Provide engagement, family and individual psychotherapy, supportive counseling, treatment planning, case management, and clinical assessments to students in a public school setting.

– Partner with guidance counselors, teachers and other school staff to create, nurture and support a therapeutic relationship with referred students.

– Utilize best practice models of care to maximize student engagement and achievement at school, as well as healthy family relationships.

– Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required. License in Psychology, Social Work or related field is strongly preferred. 2-3 years previous counseling experience with children, teenagers or adults required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 – $59,000.00 per year
