Support/Execute against the talent development strategy and ensure we maintain alignment with HR and Claire’s overall Strategy
Partner with HR & functional areas to design, develop and deliver “Best in Class” solutions related to engagement and retention of employees. Ensure they align with both company values & competencies and Gen Z expectations.
Partner with leadership colleagues to perform business needs analysis to ensure a mapping of existing talents but also determine missing ones. Propose career path, build clear actions plan in order to prepare the future talent to advanced business needs (metaverse etc..)
Partner with HR Business Partners on Succession Planning & Talent Management activities. Review information from talent assessments, identify trends and develop solutions to support the development of employees
Work with key partners to ensure that talent needs identified have identified planned to ensure constant efficient capabilities within the organization.
Create and maintain programs and supporting tool kits that allow innovative ways of offering professional experiences to our employees. Make use of technologies such as e-learning, blended learning, gaming solutions. Determine required cost and action plan to deliver.
Lead the performance management process and embed practices which support Claire’s core values and behaviours in line with career paths.
Ensure that all Talent Development activities and interventions generate clear business benefits and returns on investment and have clear measurable outputs
Work closely w/ the Learning Development manager and participate to activities related to Flex (learning management system) to drive greater user adoption and utilization (pull vs. push)
Contribute to provide strong and inspiring leadership across the organization.
Partner with the Talent Development Director to support the development of senior leaders globally
Propose coaching to employees which support Claire’s values & competencies and support the Talent Development mailbox
