This role is perfect for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer. This position will involve supporting the Group Finance Manager with processing invoices, performing payment runs and becoming a strong right hand to the Accounts Payable Analyst.

About the Role

• Importing of purchase invoices into accounting system
• Data entry of cost of sales and overhead expenses
• Performing weekly payment runs across multiple entities
• Provide an efficient and effective support service to stakeholders by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documents and maintaining strong working relationships
• Assisting the Accounts Payable Analyst in reviewing individual job margins
• Liaising with supplier queries through phone calls and emails
• Liaise with internal departments regarding outstanding invoices and supplier queries
• Perform supplier reconciliations using excel
• Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Successful applicant will

• Have completed their accounting degree
• At least 1 years experience in a similar accounts role
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Possess time management skills
• Work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Take ownership
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written skills
