Currently, Fox Valley is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team to be the point-person for customer order processing and top level service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 – 8 years of direct customer service experience, and take pride in their ability to provide a world class customer experience. Strong computer skills and a great phone presence are important to this role, as is the ability to build rapport quickly with the flexibility to adapt to changing customer requirements.
