SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Logistics Admin is responsible for ing monthly sales records and indirect / direct prime cost and inventory check results. Logistics Admin works with planning team as managing current issues and counterplan. Logistics Admin also attends daily meeting, receives & ships orders, requests rate quotation and dispatch to pick up shipments. Logistics Admin is also responsible for warehouse management.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
• Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
• Process Bills of Lading and associated shipping and receiving documents
• Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation
• Provide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules
• Work closely with management and leads to accomplish daily goals
• errors and/ or issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
• Willing to perform forklift responsibilities when needed
• Performs all duties in a safe and timely manner
• Documenting and completing closing data for month-end

QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
