Civmec Hiring for Quality Lead at Western Australia, Australia Full Time

The Role

• Implement and work to the safety and quality management systems, procedures and work instructions
• Promote and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ensure best trade practises are performed in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications
• Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing is performed in accordance with the relevant Quality Plan
• Provide QA/QC expertise and guidance to relevant Project Teams
• Promote and maintain a positive and respectful team environment for all those under their control
• Implement and maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes.
• Provide QA/QC Support to Group Quality Manager
• Perform other general duties to suit operational requirements as directed.

About You

• Previous demonstrated experience in a Senior/Management level position
• Previous experience on Construction and Maintenance projects, within the mining or oil and gas sector
• Proven experience of working to QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite is essential.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
