Join our core Maintenance team to deliver results. As a project coordinator you’ll be the driving force behind our on-site and office based operations. Enjoy a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

You Will Be

• Assisting Superintendent by reviewing upcoming shutdown requirements,
• Providing a forecast of upcoming shutdowns and discussing administration tasks/timeframes for completion.
• Coordinating and booking all travel movements and accommodation for core maintenance crew.
• Updating register including procurement register, stock take lists.
• Supporting team with formatting and distribution of daily force , weekly and monthly s.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and proven organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience working in the shutdown and maintenance industry is advantageous.
