We are inviting applications from HR/IR professionals and extending this opportunity to current Advisors or Senior Advisors who are ready to embrace their next career challenge.

Presently, we are in search of a HR/IR Advisor to join our team at Western Ranges, offering a FIFO roster of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. The Role

The Key Responsibilities Of This Position Include

• Responsible and focal point of contact for the HR / IR function for the Project.
• Providing advice to employees and the company on the effective management of employee relations including:
• Interpretation of employment contracts, enterprise agreements and legislation
• Performance management
• EEO
• Counselling / Discipline and Termination
• Grievance Management
• Provide advice on HR procedures and systems and ensure effective application of those throughout the company.
• Identifies human resource issues and appropriate intervention
• Coordinate Right of Entry visits including any dispute resolutions.
• Undertake special projects including investigations and research on project HR matters.

About You

• Previous experience on managing complex IR issues on multidiscipline sites within similar industries.
• Previous FIFO experience is preferred however not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of the industrial relationship framework and Fair Work Act
• Developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A drive towards continuous improvement
• Outstanding communication and written skills
• Human Resources / Industrial Relations degree or qualification is preferred.
