We’re looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our dynamic Maintenance team! as the central coordinator for shutdowns, adhoc site visits and core crew management, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations.

The Role

You Will Be

• Supporting the team in the delivery of general administration duties
• Checking and processing daily timesheets.
• Inputting and ensuring timesheets are submitted in time for the payroll
• Assisting with mobilising personnel to site
• Organising travel and accommodation bookings, registers, and s (as required)
• Assisting management to compile daily, weekly, and monthly s (as required)

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• 3-5 years previously worked in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
