The Sales Development Representative proactively conducts outreach, including cold calling, to discover and nurture potential new customers. This role is pivotal in driving annual recurring revenue growth, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas. This role extends beyond a specific territory, encompassing prospecting across diverse personas. This is a remote role that will transition into a hybrid role (2-3 days/week) in the future.

We’re excited to hire a new Sales Development Representative who can:

• Generate demand by getting the word out about our products through every medium possible such as cold calling, email campaigns, telemarketing, webinars, conferences and social selling
• Convert inbound leads to progress and close new business deals
• Qualify and cultivate new business leads to late stages and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Take accountability for your geographic territory and understand buying dynamics, the marketplace, the culture that helps you capitalize the opportunity at hand
• Educate qualified leads
• Navigate often complex evaluation/ procurement processes to a yes!
