Cityscape Hiring for Customer Service Coordinator at Ottawa, ON Full Time

We require the skills of an experienced customer service coordinator to be part of our customer service team.

If you are the type of person who enjoys helping customers address their needs then this opportunity might be for you.

This role involves dealing with customers over the phone to schedule their service and installation projects. The role also involves working with our operations team to schedule resources. Dealing with a large number of customers in a fast paced team environment is a must.

Applicants considered suitable for this role must be positive, energetic and professional with a calm demeanour and able to work as a constructive team member. Bilingualism is an asset but not a requirement.
