How can you change it up?
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced and driven HR professional to join our dynamic team at a very exciting time in CityFibre’s journey to a Full Fibre future. You will be a key part in be providing commercial, pragmatic and proactive HR solutions for the wider business. You will be required to travel on occasion.
Some of the key things you’ll be responsible for will include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with management teams, ensuring HR support adds value
Partnering with HR colleagues to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities
Championing the culture and values, partnering with the relevant management teams to help them build their organisations, making sure all people decisions are informed by relevant data
Taking a hands-on approach to providing HR expertise in the areas of transformation and organisational change, employee engagement, performance management and development, talent management, employee relations, coaching and development
Address employee relations matters, investigate where appropriate and provide recommendations for resolution
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll have a strong generalist background, with particular experience of high growth businesses. Skills in manipulating and analysing data would be a bonus! CityFibre is an evolving and agile organisation, so it’s important that you can work at pace, adapting well to changing priorities.
You’ll also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, using your experience of people plans to confidently challenge stakeholders to make the best decisions for our business.
