City Wide Facility Solutions St Louis Hiring for HR Recruiting Coordinator Full Time

City Wide of St. Louis, a finalist in the “Best Place to Work STL 2023” is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual to help us recruit and manage our very successful Independent Contractor Program. The Independent Contractor Program is the cornerstone of our business and must be overseen by a high-energy, friendly, dedicated specialist focused on completing all aspects of the job. This person will be the company liaison by developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring that our IC availability matches the sales growth.

Our best candidate will be willing to challenge assumptions, open to learning things that you don’t know, and will dig deep to become fluent in the position. A quick learning multi-tasker that will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest level of service in all facilities by our Independent Contractors. You will be an integral part of the Operations team as well as the City Wide St. Louis organization.

Essential Functions:

• Recruit and manage the company’s growing Independent Contractor team
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that the right independent contractors are brought on board to service our client facilities.
• Manage all recruiting activities from the initial screening process to the successful onboarding of all IC’s.
• Manage the new IC’s process from start to finish
• Consistently and effectively recruit new prospective contractors
• Scheduling, execution and management of contractor informational meetings
• Contractor follow up and relationship development
• Business analysis for the assessment and management of current contractor positions, account and territory distribution
• Manage the CRM contractor database
• Managing Contractor Relationships for 6 months, assisting new providers thru first 6 months of service
• Contractor administration including providing written notices, reconciling discrepancies, managing background checks and ensuring all requirements of our Independent Contractor program are met

Requirements:

• 1-3 years related experience a plus
• Recruiting Skills – will train the right person
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and administration teams
• The ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task with the best of them
• Excellent written and oral communication through email, in-person or phone
• Planning/Organizing-prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives. Comfortable asking for direction as needed.
• Attention to detail – ensure accuracy and quality of work; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Proficient using social media to promote/recruit
• Project Management- develop project plans; communicate changes and progress; complete projects on time
• Professional, Positive Attitude, Friendly, High Energy

City Wide Facility Solutions offers an attractive benefits package which includes:

• Salary of $41-52K plus uncapped commissions (First year expectation $55,000 – $65,000)
