Our parts department has been established to support all product lines, with the ability to supply parts for any make or model of bus. We have the resources to perform fleet repair or fleet upgrades at our customers’ site or at one of our local facilities.

The City View Specialty Vehicles team is currently looking for an experienced Parts Person, to fill positions in our growing company. City View continues to stay on the for front of the EV industry, is a premier provider throughout Canada. In this role, the successful candidate will sell parts to fire truck/coach/sweeper/transit bus, and other municipal vehicle repair shops. Work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Position is located in the Mississauga area, Day shift 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Wage 25-30 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote the company in a positive manner
• Assist the service department by looking up and taking care of all work order parts request.
• Complete service parts request by placing parts on work order parts shelves.
• Look up and handle heavy truck and bus parts.
• Issue, order and maintain parts in inventory.
• Provide customer service with parts inquires.
• Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, shelf facing etc.
• Identify areas for new products and back to management.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Build and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Aid in the continued growth of the company.
• We reserve the right to remove or add additional functions of the position.
• Effective problem solving skills.

Required Experience

• Experienced parts person, knowledge of Transit, Heavy Truck, Trailer parts.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is a Must.
• DSI knowledge is an asset.
