We are a friendly and very dedicated team, and now we are looking for a talented candidate who owns abilities and skills which we need to promote our outstanding services to international students.

Key tasks:

• Provide comprehensive assistance to clients, advising and consulting international students on education and job opportunities in the UK.
• Guiding students with the university/college application and Tier 4 visa process.
• Make sure efficient communications are maintainedbetween you and your potential clients via social media and campus visit.
• Using approved resources to tailor support to fully resolve customer queries
• Sourcing owns leads and build relationships with international students.
• Participate in projects that promote company business, and to provide admin and sales support whenever required
• Actively selling and informing all of the education and career services to potential clients through sales and marketing techniques
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company’s processes, procedures, and products to generate the biggest possible returns/sales income for the business.
• Accept the line manager’s task allocations and report sales figures each month.
• Other General Administration duties may be required

Person Specification

• Excellent communication skills and willing to learn.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to interact with clients in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner.
• Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic
• Confident and resilient personality
• Good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail
• Good time-keeping skills
• Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with different kinds of clients.
• Good sales & marketing knowledge, strong in customer care and relationship building
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• Desirable:
• Relevant working experience in the relevant sectoris preferred.
• The competitive individual who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills, patience, enthusiasm, and ambition.
• Knowledge of the education market and have a big network of potential clients
