Job Description
The City of Stonnington manage a diverse property portfolio of over 180 assets, with significant transactional activity scheduled in the corporate plan. As a Property Coordinator, you will lead and oversee a highly competent property team while developing a constructive and cooperative culture that focuses on providing excellent customer service, building successful partnerships, and encouraging engagement.
You will assist in identifying early concerns that could have a substantial impact on the council property portfolio, such as funding, reputational, political, and other risks, and make sure these are raised promptly with related mitigation methods.

This is a permanent full-time position with an annual salary range of $121,828.62 – $135,627.52 per annum + 11% superannuation.
This is a hybrid role which means you can work both from home and within the office based at Malvern Town Hall.
When working from the office, you are based within our bright, modern and sustainable 311 Glenferrie Road office on the corner of High Street and Glenferrie Road in Malvern where boutique stores, cafes and health clubs are in abundance. From the office you can easily walk to Malvern Gardens, High Street Armadale or Glenferrie Road. Malvern and Armadale Train Station are a short walk away and tram stops are out the front of the building.
