The Opportunity
Provides excellent customer service to exceed the customer’s satisfaction. This includes answering questions about the Recreation Department, programs and activities. On a daily basis completes daily cash s, reconciles cash, process class registrations, memberships and facility rentals.

Qualifications
Qualifications – High School Diploma
Specific Skills – Use of various computer-based programs. Must be able to type 30 words per minute or greater and will be required to successfully complete a customer service aptitude test as administered by the Employer. Must provide a Certificate of Conduct with Vulenerable Sector Check.
Relevant Experience – 1 year experience in customer service environment, accepting, processing and reconciling cash, debit and credit transactions or one year experience in a similar field sufficient to attain full competence.
Experience working with children, youth, and adults of all ages would be an asset
Working Conditions
This position will work in a fast-paced and a multi-tasked recreation environment. Will be required to work day and/or evening shifts.
Hours of Work
This is a call-in position. Hours are unknown.
