City of St. Albert Hiring for Customer Service Representative 2 at St. Albert, AB Full Time

We are seeking dynamic, friendly and engaging individuals who will be responsible for various front office operations including:

• Processing facility admissions and selling memberships
• Answering or directing general inquiries or concerns regarding fees, programs, swim schedules, amenities, facility services, policies and procedures
• Accepting in-person and telephone program registrations, transfers, and withdrawals for all City of St. Albert programs
• Providing information regarding program contents, prerequisites, and registration procedures
• Accepting in-person and telephone facility bookings for the pools, racquetball court, and the multi-purpose meeting rooms
• Reconciling cash, debit, and credit card transactions and cash summary reports
• Preparing daily attendance statistic reports

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a fast pace environment.
• Must hold a current Standard First Aid certification.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills are required.
• Candidates must possess strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a recreation environment and/or familiarity with POS and facility booking software would be beneficial.

Hours of Work:
Approximately 8 – 25 hours per week. We are seeking to fill daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Compensation:
$15.89 – $19.34 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
