About the Organisation
The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. About the Role
The HR Systems and Analytics Officer role sits within our People, Culture and Safety Department and is responsible for the health of our HR Systems and processes
Reporting to the HR Systems and Analytics Lead, this role will see you partnering with stakeholders across the organisation and working closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll and Digital and Technology Services teams to deliver HR system and process improvements.
This role will allow you to further build on and develop your knowledge of HR processes and technology, by working with a team with diverse skills sets and knowledge.
You will bring to the organisation your drive and commitment to customer service and continuous improvement, experience in HR Systems and reporting working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, the ability to problem solve and deliver tailored business solutions and excellent stakeholder relationship management and partnering skills.
