• Salary Range Band 4 – $65,269 to $69,990 plus 10% Superannuation
• Multiple Full time roles across multiple sites
• Located across our sites in St Kilda, South Melbourne and Port Melbourne.

We currently have a number of full time roles that are available across our childcare centres and ultimately at this stage looking for candidates that are available across full time hours only.
What does success look like in this role?

• You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Document children’s learning and development.
• Actively working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

The things we really need in this role look like:

• Diploma in Children’s Services, Bachelor of Early (or working towards).
• Prior experience in long day-care.
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

Some Mandatory Requirements that you will need for this role are:

• Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID 012 (previous 004)
• Current CPR HLTAID 001
• Current Working with Children’s Check Card
• You will be requested to undertake a pre employment medical check

• Evidence of mandatory qualifications/registrations/licences
