The role

Reporting to the of the Works Superintendent, the Office Assistant performs a variety of complex, responsible, secretarial and clerical duties within a framework of standard policies and procedures, while providing a positive environment and quality customer service to the general public.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment with a positive customer service focus, supplemented by graduation from a post-secondary institution with a certificate in office administration; or sufficient qualifications as determined by assessment.
