About Us

Our Management Accountant team are business partners with the key strategic divisions across the organisation and provide financial guidance, reporting and advice on a regular daily/monthly basis.

About the Position:
Duties include monthly financial reporting, including capital works reporting,

Monthly finance meetings with business partners,

Budget preparation,

Asset accounting and related liaison within the team.

Skills and Experience:
previous management accounting experience, preferably in local government,

monthly financial reporting,

Oracle system software experience

microsoft suite skills,

good teamwork and communication skills.

Requirement of the position:
Finance / Accounting qualifications.

Satisfactory National Police Check; and

Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.

Essential Information:
In accordance with the Chief Health Officer direction, all local government employees must be fully vaccinated from 26 November, 2021. Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate evidence of vaccination status or medical exemption prior to commencement.
