You will work closely with leaders and partner with our broader PCL branch to develop and implement a talent strategy that identifies opportunities to strengthen and improve practices and process, and to understand current and future workforce challenges that are faced by our stakeholders.
We are implementing a new HRIS and you will play a critical role in embedding the recruitment solution and ensuring your team are well prepared for the transition so that they can support our leaders through the process.
