Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is physically comfortable; the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc. There are no major sources of discomfort in a normal office environment.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION
Requires a high school diploma or a GED
Experience
Six months of administrative or customer service-related experience is required.
Substitution: An Associate’s degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.
LICENSE
None
PREFERENCES
Preferences shall be given to applicants with experience in customer service, asset management systems, and Microsoft office365 environment: Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Outlook. The preferred candidate should experience in public safety radio.
