Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
The Customer Service manager will be responsible for managing multiple business support functions in CAS which support operations; specifically:
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position is physically comfortable; the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.
This is a Department of Public Works & Engineering Emergency Management position at the Tier II Level.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience Requirements
Seven years of administrative or customer service-related experience are required, including two years in a supervisory position
Substitution: Four years of customer service experience may be substituted for the above education requirement.
License Requirements
None
PREFERENCES
Preferences given to applicants with knowledge, ability, and experience in water meter reading billing w/o’s, water meter maintenance, Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency level), GIMS, KRONOS, and INFOR Public Sector (IPS).
