- High School Graduate or GED
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Experience operating a computer, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maneuver among high and low shelves
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Previous library experience
Customer service assists patrons with material selection; answers reader’s advisory questions; assists patrons with Internet searches and electronic databases; processes materials; sorting and shelving material; assists with programs; prepares and processes book holds, intra-library loans and inter-library loans; other duties as assigned.
