About the role:

As a HR Business Partner, you will deliver proactive generalist HR services that enhance the employee experience and identify and execute initiatives that improve engagement, talent management, and performance.
You will be a true strategic partner to your allocated directorate by working ‘in the business’ and understanding the organisation beyond the HR function. You will positively influence people management capability and organisational outcomes through the trusted relationships you build and the confidence you have in having important conversations.
You will partner with leaders and employees in a hands-on, generalist fashion to provide dedicated and tailored support, advice, and services on all HR related matters, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees, establishing development plans, employee engagement and retention initiatives, managing ER issues and grievances, policy development, training and education, metrics and reporting, policy development and HR systems.
