Salary Range : $100,000 – $140,000 annually
Job Summary :
Under the leadership of the Deputy Director of HR, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership, direction, and supervision to the Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Administrative staff involved in all aspects of employment functions including recruitment, sourcing, and evaluation of candidates, screening, test development, test administration, interviewing, and selection of candidates for employment.
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling recruitment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and current City of Greeley employees.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the City of Greeley in talent acquisition, working closely with the City Manager’s Office on executive recruitment, hiring managers and the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
